Objective: 

• To identify undiagnosed respiratory illness in individuals through targeted screening

• Ensure patients with diagnosis have updated spirometry every 24 months

• Provide therapeutic treatment to patients with poorly controlled COPD or asthma

 

Program Activities:

• Ensure COPD and asthma diagnoses are confirmed by pulmonary function tests/spirometry
