Objective: 

• To increase access and improve turnaround time for patients requiring consultation with a dermatologist

Program Activities:

• Patients are referred by Nurse Practitioner or Physician to OTN Telederm

• Registered Nurse sees patients to take photos

• Documentation and images are sent via OTN for diagnosis and treatment recommendation
