We are Looking for Individuals to be a Part of our new Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC)
Enhancing the patient experience is about focusing on healthcare through the eyes of others. This is an opportunity to make a difference.
The PFAC member is a volunteer role that is advisory in nature. The role of the council is to inform the Temagami Family Health Team initiatives, programs, services and policies. PFAC members will provide the patient and family perspective and enhance principles of Patient and Family Centered Care, and are expected to be objective and balanced in their approach.
